Consistency – Day 19 Abs Challenge Complete

Uncluttere experienceThis morning started with a prayer, meditation, weights and then the abs challenge. The more I take a holistic approach, the more effective I am. I can’t say I’m completely pain free however I am moving slowly everyday. My mind is sharp, my spirit is inspired and my body is getting stronger.

Progress grows with consistency. The question is ” what have you stopped doing that works?”….
